Disgusting Service at PEP 😡🤮🤮

I was disgusted by the service we got from PEP cell in BT Ngebs Mall Mthatha earlier today. The employee by the name of Aseza Msongelwa very horribly assisted us with her stinking attitude. We needed to send a parcel to a pep store in Grahams town. She insisted that we get that store's store code otherwise she won't be responsible if our parcel gets lost. When I asked her to search for the store code for us she immediately gave us attitude and insisted that if she does that she'll be doing us a favor and kept on making sarcastic gestures while she is helping us and even waved her hand in my face as she wanted to make sure that I know she is the one in control. This is pathetic and disgusting and I wish business owners would do something about this kind of behavior because when people are looking for jobs they say they will be the best employee etc, then when they lend the job, they become entitled and self-centered.
