Disgusting service at Mandela Park Pep Store
Pep store Mandela Park Phuthaditjhaba refused to correct an error made by themselves. This happens immediately after depositing parcel with them to be couriered to Pep store Fingoland Butterworth and instead they punched Fingoland Elliotdale. Elliotdale is 150km from Butterworth and they say I must go fetch it there. They are so arrogant and lack customer service

02 Sept 2023, 18:46Until today neither Pep Store nor Paxi have commented on my grievience or attempt to reach me to resolve the issue. It show how irresponsible is Mandela Park and Pep Stores in general. They have entered into unholy alliance with Paxi
