Disgusting SERVICE

On 02 June my mom sent someone to exchange a pair of boots, the slips have other items such as my phone guarantee. So she need the slip back, to keep for that reason. Unfortunately on the till they didn't give the person the receipt back, so my mom called the store to ask it. that they do a copy so i can send someone to come and collect it. She spoke to Mpho, who was very rude to her. She was very displeased with the way she talked to her telling me that surely she woke up on the wrong side of the bed,. on the 3rd of June I called the store to ask the same. But i thought let me start with the same Mpho because she will relate to the story. This woman its absolutely RUDE. She doesn't have customer care, she never listens. she wants to be heard while making a stupid point that my mom woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I want the slip , because it have the phone warranty with it. She refused to give me her manager's name.
