Disgusting service

<p>I have never received such bad service anywhere in my life. On the 30th of June 2016 I went to pep to buy my son a phone. Because his fairly young, I bought him the cheapest I could find. I bought a phone costing about R145, I used my debit card to pay. They deducted my account with all I spent with them. Every thing was fine till two days later I get another text from my bank showing a second debit for the same amount debited on the 30th. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the store with my bank statement show only one debit from pep and the texts from my bank. The lady at the store was less interested with what I was telling her and told me there was nothing she could do. On top of everything, that phone I bought is now useless because the screen just went white whithin 3 days and my son can't use it. I paid over R300 for a phone that's didn't even last a week. </p> <p>I will never shop at Pep again. The service I received was shocking. I am a single mom and every peny counts. Pep couldn't seem to care less. </p>
