Disgusting Service

I am so unhappy with the service I've been receiving at PEP Home Fourways mall, today is my 3rd encounter with them refusing to take my PAXI package, the lady I spoke to firstly refused to take my package which was in a box and when I insisted that I've been doing it with other PEP shops she peeped through the door and said her MANAGER said they only have 3-5 days paxi bags, how convinient!!!!! I am so disappointed and wouldn't advise anyone to go use their PAXI services.
