Disgusting service

I feel disgusted by your service,I dropped of my parcel on the 04/05/2018 but it was only being picked up today 7 days later,I think if I didn't call to check how far is my parcel as they promised to deliver it between 3-5days,it wasn't going to be delivered at all.
