disgusting service

I am livid with the service that i have received from company that fixes the phones for pep stores, please if i may ask, please change the PROVIDER that services and repairs your cellphone, they take WAYYYYYYYY to long to get your phone fixed,

the fact that the error is beyond my control and not self inflicted even makes it worse as its not my fault,

i have been lenient enough,

i either want my phone back fixed, a new phone or my money back now,

please regards this message as urgent as i will definitely take it as high as i can,

i understand that it is not pep store but the providers fixing the phones, when i tried to call them the consultant was so rude to me, and when o asked to speak to his manager even worse as the manager was 10 times worse, rude, arrogant, not very helpfull, at a time the manager was under the impression that i am on mute and she said that customer is a ****, like really,

i do not want anything to do with this company, i just want my belongings back
