Disgusting, dishonest, unhelpful, arrogant staff

Complained to them that they forgot to pack in some goods that I bought. They promised that they will get back to me the next day. It looks like they stole the item. I tried many times to get help from them. It's not the price, but the principle of the theft. They stole the goods and then management condones it. How can they employ ******* and pat them on the back and say its ok - go and ***** your customers goods? Well, to be honest, that is exactly what PEP stores is all about!!!! Training their staff to ***** and then acting as though it is normal practice, so we must not complain. Even head office couldn't care at all because I brought this theft to their notice and they have not bothered to rectify the problem. Instead they probably gave the manager a raise for *****ing from their customers - well done you bunch of *********** theives. Continue *****ing from clients whatever you can and insult them as much as you can.
