Disgusting customer service is becoming a norm!

Such disgusting attitude from an employee at Pepstore in Durban Commercial Road next to KGC. I greeted her politely and asked her a question because I I needed clarity as I have an overweight child that I need to be careful of when I buy anything for. She responded, and I saw she had attitude but a dismissed it thinking that everyone has bad days right? I got worked up when I overheard her speaking loudly to her colleague saying that I just came to ask dumb and stupid questions. I confronted her, she had the nerve to deny it. I asked for the manager, but she herself did not show much interest or try to show that she wants to deal with it. I am not even sure she knows who did this. Yes she apologized on her behalf, but I think that was just a way to dismiss me and end our conversation. It's such a shame that a businesses do not take this thing of customer serious. Just as long as money is coming in. I regret even making a purchase in that store after all this nonsense.
