Disgusting customer service

On Saturday 14/06/2025 I went to PEP CELL at Tongaat mall to buy a Sim card. The cashier by the name of Thabisa did not allow me to buy the Sim card, she said I'm forced to buy airtime first in order to buy the Sim card. And I needed the Sim card for something really urgent. But she wanted to push her sales.
