Disgusting customer service

I went to PEP Centurion mall to withdraw the money waited for 30 minutes on the line 90%of the people Infront of me paid with cash ,when it was my time to withdraw I was told with attitude that they don't have money I must go to ATMs, and everytime when I went to that PEP to withdraw money they are always saying the samething ,it's doesn't matter what time of the day it is ,what's the use of saying we can withdraw at PEP if u not going to help
