Disgusting Customer Service!!!

Went to buy airtime at PepCell. And decided to buy another sim card as well. Cashier asked me for my ID & proof of residence. Gave this to her. She than took the payment for the sim. Busy on the computer, she asks if Id like airtime for my new sim & I agreed. Gave her money for the airtime. She than asked me to pay for the sim card, AGAIN. I explained to her that Id just pay it. She said No, i only bought my airtime the 1st time around. Going back & forth, I explained to her that I had paid for the sim. And she than started giving me attitude, \Im not a ****. Are u calling me a ****?"I than told her that I know I paid. Shes wrong. & she kept on insisting that shes not a **** & im in the wrong. A young lady"
