Disgusting customer service!

<p>If I could give zero stars, I would. Specifically speaking about the Rylands/Gatesville branch. The cleaning lady and the security guard have no idea how to treat customers. She was busy mopping, but there was no sign in this one specific area and I was standing there with my two nieces, she basically screamed at us saying "can't you see I'm mopping, move away!" what the heck? Is that the kind of employees you guys hire? The security guard put in his two cents and basically screamed at my sister saying "walk this side!" and then I don't think they expected me to react and point their behavior out, I said you don't speak to customers like that and besides, where is the sign that gives notice to customers bit to walk where she is mopping? She basically said "haai" and was making her eyes big like she can't believe I asked where the mopping sign was. It was such an unpleasant experience! Disgusting service.</p>
