Disgusting conduct

<p>Today I went to buy a few items from the pep store in kerk Street central johannesburg as I was handing over my slip to the security officer for verification he blatantly told me that I was being called at the fitting room and when I asked him to explain why he said I should follow him where he called a lady by the name of Thandi to search me. I'm appalled of the manner in which this was done. I have a belief that the store has cameras which are supposed to identify people who might be *****ing from the store. This is victimisation as I could have not spent the amount of money I did in the store if my motive was to *****. I also am disappointed that not even an apology nor reason for me being ushered to the fitting rooms to be searched. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've been a loyal customer of the pep brand for a long time but what happened to me today makes me feel belittled as a client and I seriously doubt that I will be shopping from pep anymore based on the experience I had today. </p>
