Disgusting client service

I have experienced terrible client service from your supervisor at pep. I had received a gift and needed to change it for the correct size. I didn't have the slip just the tags on the clothes. She totally refused not to exchange the clothes. Her mannerisms and way of speaking to a customer is horrific. She screamed at me and when I asked for her details she scribbled on a piece of paper and couldn't even decipher her handwriting. They spoke to each other in their language and laughing. This is the last time I will ever shop there if this is how you treat your customers.
