Disgusting behaviour: PEP STORES EASTGATE MALL JOHANNESBURG

I am disappointed in the behavior of Mpho Ratshikani when i had come to collect a parcel. She mocked me and laughed at me telling me i was ****med, more than once. I was furious and angry instead of checking where my parcel was send to he found this as a joke . The parcel was send by my sister from Westwood Durban, to Bedford JHB. But it went to Eastern Cape (D***). Her behavior showed lack of customer care and rudness. I have tried to contact the manager as she was not available at the time via telephone to relate this to no avail. The telephone calls at the shop go unattended.***). This lady's behaviour has left a bitter taste in my mouth and will never in the future use PEP!
