Disgusting behaviour and customer service

my name is Fazila i went to the pep store at overport city and had the worst experience ever they customer services was unexpectable really disappointed in the service that was provided.i was assisted by a lady by the name of kylo who claimed to be the manager she treat me like dirt she was rude and very disrespectful.i was at the store standing for almost 2 full hours.She gave me the silent treatment she kept ignoring me and walking around the store wasting time.all i asked for was a refund or a swap for a phone i had purchased from the store and their customer policy clearly states i have the right to return the phone if any technical issues occur which she denied me she then also took the phone to a non pep store to get it checked which is clearly not right she spoke to me in zulu and made me like a stupid when i asked her to speak in English because i dont understand she called the security for me aswell when i just came to claim something that i have a right to. i even said i will complain to higher Authority and with an attitude she said go ahead
