Disgusting Bad Customer service Quagga

Earlier today i went to Pep Home Quagga Centre Pretoria west to pay Multichoice using Debit Card, transaction didn't go through, it 'Declined' then i got a message from the Bank showing that they took my money, cashier was rude she didn't even bother to asist me with the matter, she told me if she swipe my card again it will affect their system, You could see that shes not in a good mood to assist anyone today...i walk out of the store without solution,, Bad Customer service ever...Pep is A good company but Such people make it look like a Bad company..
