DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM PEP HOME RANDBURG MANAGER

I would like to express my utter disappointement nd disgust at the PEP HOME RANDBURG SQUARE - I visit this store almost on a monthly basis - as it is currently the only stre where I can find VIVA bar soap. On Saturday 25/07/2020 I went to buy the soap - and the price on the shelf was R12.99 For the 200g, I took about 9 of these as they were the only ones on the shelf. when I got to the till, they were scanned at R16.99, I asked the cashier, why the preice on the shelf is not the same as what she is scanning, she honestly told me that she denst know and called a lady by the name of Maria to assist . MARIA scanned and found it to be R16.99 and asked the cashier to get the code off the shelf - another lady came through, I assume she is the manager - no means of identification on her, just a rotten attitude - she asked in a very rude manner, what "this one's problem is" in Sesotho. I kept quiet as the question was not directed to me, after a long hassle, the rude lady came to tell me that there are bar soaps for 12.99 and those of 16.99. I asked the difference and she couldn't tell me, she told me that at pep, the price advisertised is the range - I asked her if she is fami**** with the CPA and that the prise you see is the price you pay - she proceeded to argue with me infront of other consumers and said that the barcodes protect her - I asked her who is protecting the cosumer at PEP home - she told me that she would pay the difference, but she was very rude. I am disgusted as I never expected that kind of treatment from a manager.
