Disgusting

I was in PINECREST pinetown today,at to my utmost disgust..I have never been treated so bad by anyone through customer service..I am extremely disgusted with the customer service by SIYANDA MAJOZI..And there so called manager who took his side in the argument to which none of them offered customer service at all..it was unbelievable to see such behavior and hyprococity..I had to call HEAD OFFICE as well and they too were terrible..all I wanted to do was post my father's birthday gift and my sons shoes and by mistake I tore the packaging...I was told by SIYANDA it's my fault and I shouldn't have done that..he apparently explained to my wife in minor detail how to use the bag with a terrible attitude and asked me "where was I and why did I touch the bag,I shouldn't have touched it etc etc..arguing with me and causing a fight to which I said to him,why does he have to be so unhelpful and where's the help and service..all I asked for was another bag to start again and was totally ignored by him and had to stand around for 20 minutes till he told his other rude colleague can she speak to me..know man seriously , it's absolutely a disgrace and they wanted to charge me another R180 for a bag which now I'm sitting at home with the gifts and DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK!!!so I littery gave the store R180 plus R20 for insurance today and I just asked very nicely if I could have a refund I'll go somewhere else..that was also another problem with attitude...
