disgusted in pep cellular brakpan

i bought a cellphone on the 1/12/2021 at pep cellular. within a week the cellphone started giving problems charging so i barley used it. i do stay far from the store but the brakpan store is the closest to me. i walked to the store and as i got to the till had the rudest ever person assist me. i immediately asked for the manager and as a big joke she informed me that she is the manager. i asked her to give me another cellphone or to give me a refund and she refused she told me that i did not have an education as i obviously did not read the slip. I asked her to show me where it said 7days on the slip and she couldnt after insulting me. While this matter was going on she did not wear a mask so i told her she needs to put a mask on and with asking this she laughed again, then 2 black males walked into the stored an very fast she could put her mask on and started ignoring me and assisted them. after standing there for almost 2 hours with no assistance i left without a cellphone and no refund. this is disgusting and worst of all from a manager, so tell me did she refund me when i left and took the money for herself or how does pep cellular operate. not happy at all if it was in my hands that store shouldnt even be allowed to trade with their actions and bad manners
