Disgusted at Pep Promenade in Mitchell's plain

Hi, I would like to vent I am so disgusted at the service of Pep promenade ein Mitchell plain, as you know we all were spring cleaning foe Christmas as somehow my slip got lost in the cleaning process. I bought double items as I was not sure which shoes would fit my kids neither the dresses I purchased however I asked if they could do a print and the Mannager Chantel told me that is not their policy yet I had it done at other stores before. Now I'm sitting with garments of which don't fit my kids and I can't return for a refund and I don't want anything else. I didn't predict I was going to loose my slip mlin the process. What am I to do now. She was not helpful at all.
