Disgusted

I went to Pep clothing in longbeach mall on the 22 of Jan 2024 , went to buy me a packet of sweets ,standing in the Q 2 customers infront of me and only 1 cashier .The cashier assist the customers.took very long....,but I was patiently waiting. 1 of the staffmembers came out of the back stockroom..Called another Cashier to help her to purchase a packed of Chips.Carmen the cashier was busy in her department left everything.Came to her till help her Colleague ...Be in mind im still standing in the Q.Carmen help her Colleague finish she didnt mind calling me,or even help me first instead of the staffmember.She left and went to her department ...I wanted so badly to correct them but I didnt Because this is not the first time this happend.I was so angry and disappointed ....And Managment even Worst ..If you ask him where is the other cashier ..Then He will reply back with 'There is no money for More cashiers'Is the attitude.
