Ti who it concern Im so ****ed off and sick to my stomach of the till operator at pep canal walk.. Then for that matter the store manager loren also added to the bad service with his comments.... So i entered pep with the intention of getting me a cooldrink and speckled eggs only to find find barbie is bag make up thing is ther and i was looking at the box one box had a sale sticker on and i thought okay they on sale they making. Got to the till want tong pay the till operwtor with no name badge on eveyone has a badge beside her.... She said to me indirectly i put the sticker on there. My question to her is is here camera for u too see that i didnt put the sticker in cause i even looked twice why its the only one and decided to take it.... As per consumer right im supose to pay the price u see.. Immediately she rips it off said she cnt giv to me.. Am i for real... Cnt i see that this was paste on im like no.. Its like a sticker. Even when she rip it off piece of the other sticker came off... She called the manager Loren is his name and sge tell him all loud and everyone lookong at me how embarresed i was i started raising my voice. Aswell saying would she have told the other custiner next ti me that was whote and bare in mind im not races.... I have black family white my surname Swanepoel... My simple question ti her and the stire manager was would she have told that custiner... HAI KE AM I FOR REAL AND CNT I SEE THAT THE STICKER WAS OUT ON. The store manager tell me its not thrre fault someone out the sticker i aswell.... After that it was no long about the price of the box or the price that i had to pay it be came know the issue of would she treat another customer the way she told me... I didnt want the box no longer not that i couldnt pay for it... Originaly i never came in for that i came for a drink and speckled eggs.. Disgusted im so embaressed after i started argueing with him about how she was performing he wanted to give the box for the price on it.. And i didnt want it because it was nonlonger about the box.... Im so embarresed wow a hardworking mother of 4 has time to ***** a sticker wow.. Then got told haike am i for real.
