Disgusted

Firstly I would like to say pep stores in verulam the employers are down right pathethic I would never advise any1 to shop at pep store

2 weeks ago my mum purchased airtime which was invalid and we could not load it as we needed to pay our line rental due to the arrogance of staff the line got disconnected now we need to put up a whole new line at telkom

I spoke to several employees and all was plain down rude

Today my mum goes into the store and speaks to a lady from verulam pep store by the name of lindi disgusted to say but she is not qualified to be a manager she shouts at my mum in the store infront of customers and says "ur daughter is very rude and we are not animals"then she goes about and says my mum she must never purchase from pep again ! Wat the hell..does she even own the store! Then I called her couple hours after that she is rude again and cuts the call on me I called to ask her how could she embarrass my mother after all we are customers no matter what a customer is always right...she is such a disgusting supervisor I am going to take this matter up to the complaints board aswell as the media...disgusted to say but never again would I recommend any1 to shop at pep in verulam ...
