DISGUSTED

My boyfriend got a new pair of jeans as a Christmas Gift unfortunately they are slim fit and he needs regular, so i went off the the branch at Lemon Tree explained to the lady called Sisandra while i was still talking she just walked away started talking in her language to another lady, the the Manager or who i assume is the Manger Dupio came over i tols her the whole story again explained that I don't have a slip as it was a Christmas gift even though it has all the tags on they're not interested in helping me. If this is the way PEP treat there customers they will never see me again.
