Disgraceful service

I went to purchase a mobicell cellphone at people stores retreat. I distinctly asked the manageress three times if the phone that I was about to purchase was 4G and she insisted that it was. Even claiming that all the Uber drivers came to buy this phone in particular. When I found out that the phone was not 4G I went back and her first words when she saw me was; " Are you coming to complain again", her tone and demeanour was disgraceful and actually made me feel so bad that I didn't want to complain. I am just so fed up now with this phone giving me problems that I thought I will write this review after I paid Eight hundred rands for this piece of junk. I will never recommend anyone to Pep for a reliable purchase. Disgraceful for a Manager to do this. Absolutely disgraceful.
