Don't ever shop at pep or at the pep in century City canal walk, they advertise things for a price and when you go into stop to buy it then it's not the price.

The store manager chrissy is rude and has no customer respect or any time of customer service training.

Don't know how they can call a person like her a manager or have staff that work like that
