Discusting service

My mom brought Thursday 2 shirts at pep Cape Gate. She weny Friday to Pep in Brighton rd in Kraaifontein at the spar complex. She wanted to exchange the 2 shirts for other shirts. The shirts had still the labels on. They refused to exchange the 2 shirts because she lost her slip. So she told them they can still exchange it, because the labels is still on. They still refused to exchange it. So I went back the same day and I cause a scene and spoke to tge manager but they still refused to exchage it. So I drove back to cape gate and exchange it. It is the first time in my life that I hear that Pep refuse to echange something with the label still on.
