Discriminated by security guard /Disloyal PEP store emplpyees

Offended by female security guard at PEP stores Park Meadows who searched my bag but never searched other customers bags... I questioned her abt it and her reason was, "because of how I looked and that our eyes happened to be in contact..."

Basically I was judged based on my appearance, thats **************!

Secondly I contacted the store manager telephonically to lay a complaint with the manager, guess what, any employee is a manager there, once you've explained the issue, then the employee requests for the actual store manager to take the line and resolve the issue, this tells me that your employeea have no integrity, zero transparency and complaints or serious matters will NEVER be resolved because ur employees LIE and protect each other when customer issues arise.

Not only is this disloyal to customers but disrespect to the PEP company brand as a whole.

Pls listen to ur recorded calls and look at ur camera footage of a female security from ccj security services searchimg my handbag and never searches other customers who appear well dressed and "rich"... I felt totally offended and I know this will never be resolved all they know it to say "sorry" and protect each other despite the real issue that I've faced...

I don't mind being searched but if you are going to search me based on my appearance, then we have a problem because that's really offensive...

Stop hiring disloyal employees and unqualified security contractors that don't train their employess.
