Disappointing service

I went to Pepcell Acornhoek mall, next to Shoprite wanting to buy a small phone only to be told that the phone I wanted is locked in a safe that takes 30 minutes to unlock and was told to buy at another store without being asked whether I'm willing to wait or not. What's the use of having a phone on the displays but can't be able to buy? I went into that particular Pepcell because I was in a hurry and there were no customers in store. The service is appalling. I won't bother going there again. I've always been a customer of Pepcell but this particular store is a great disappointment!
