Disappointing customer service

I'm very disappointed in the awful attitude and customer service I received from PEP in Parow Sanlam centre , this isn't the first time , I've also received bad service from PEP in N1 city a few months ago. I entered the store about 16:55 , was there looking for an essential my son needed for school the next day. At 17:00 some of the staff members on the floor started to shout out loud that its 5pm now and they're about to leave in an unpleasant and ****y manner. Most of them were just standing in a circle offering no assistance to customers. It wasn't even 17:05 when one of the ladies that work there came up to me to tell me that the store is closed and I need to go. I told her that what she is doing is very unprofessional and that I would have expected her to come to me to offer some sort of assistance instead of them asking me to leave the store. Why let a customer in 5 minutes before you close if you're going to chase them out shortly after that. The lady gave me attitude and walked away. I just walked out after that without the essential and went to a different store. I've supported pep for many years and it's one of my favourite stores but the attitude from the staff lately is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed.
