Disappointing customer service

I went to the Birch acres Branch to get an assistance with parcel courier. I got there asked how it worked and Ntima explained and left me with, I have to have the store number. OK, I Called the person I'm sending it to just to find out they can actually use the store branch name instead and then instead of assisting me at the till, another pep employee comes in front of me then she just stops assisting me just like that to sell her chocolates and snacks, doesn't even ask me, tells me she's assisting her cos my things will take long anyway. With a shock, I said I'm also in a rush... She didn't even pay attention to me, instead pushed me aside to assist her colleague buy snacks. Iv never received such a disgusting service from Pep. Those ladies are going to make Pep lose customers. I'm taking this matter even further if there's no feedback regarding it.
