Disappointing

I sent my parcel to pep paxi for one of my clients, upon the arrival of the parcel when the client went to collect it was a wrong parcel. I don't know how but no one is prepared to assist me. This was a birthday gift that a client was buying for a loved one, Pep Paxi really disappointed us!
