Disappointing

So Disappointed in PEP Tablebay Mall Capetown... I bought a cellphone a month ago on the 28 of March 2022 the phone started to give problems...the phone couldn't charge anymore due to the charging input...i took the phone in where they told me they going to send it for repairs...time went by its already a month...i went there today to told me the manager said they going to give me a new phone but i mean its been a month already...and i haven't received a new phone like he said...i am still waiting...i use the phone also for working purposes...
