Disappointing

At the PepCell on Eloff str in Jhb CBD,I went to pay for my dstv account and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Anley.From the get go,no greeting back,no smile nor eye contact.He kept on looking outside as though he had better places to be.I enquired if I could use my id number to make the payment,AND if he had any idea regarding the reactivation fee.To this he told me that all he deals with is payments and would rather I go to DSTV elsewhere.We did a back and forth while he continued to disgustingky give me attitude AND a lack of decorum.I asked for his name as he didn't have a name tag,to which he blasé-dly answered as Anley,"Stanley without the s.t."I asked to immediately be assisted by someone else as I could no longr deal with this imp.To which other employees mentioned that HE was the manager.Utter revolting service and I demand something be done.I shudder at the example he is setting to his team and your customers!!!!! This is not acceptable!
