Disappointed in Pep stores Bishop Lavis

Very dissatisfied with Pep stores Bishop Lavis made a layby by them expert date for the layby is 8 Dec 2021 when I got there today I was told the layby was throw out due to not making regular payments but not once have I receive an sms from them notify me regard their policy made a layby at Ackermans only put down a deposit on the date the layby expired I went to fetch it and my layby was still there😡😡 and on top of it staff very unfriendly ask me to sign to get my deposit back due to my signature not being the same I mean really
