DISAPPOINTED IN PEP STAFF - KEEP ON SAYING THEY WILL CALL ME BACK BUT NEVER DOES

I send a parcel with Paxi through Pep about almost two weeks ago the parcel should have arrived at Garden Route mall last saturday. The parcel shows on my side that it was scanned in by Garden route mall but the manager of Pep Garden route denies that the parcel arrived at Garden route and refuse to take responsibility for the parcel as the parcel did not reach Garden route PEP. All I want is resolution to my problem and my parcel but now everybody is giving me the run around and not treating this parcel as serious. This parcel was sent on the 21 November already and no one is treating this case as serious. please get back to me.
