Disappointed in a manager pepcell Dawn park

I wanted a phone for my son and on Wednesday I went to Dawn park pepcell with my son and he chose a phone, on Thursday I went back to the store when we got there the so called manager refused to show us the phone because she will not open the cupboards I asked but she said no she will not open for us we asked if the phone takes two simcards she said she doesn't know what kind of manager doesn't know what she is selling I was so disappointed I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager what a disgrace pep... A manager who doesn't know customer service when she was supposed to sell a phone she was clueless she had to change a phone she didn't even ask us if we would like a phone from the ones in the cupboard she just decided to give it to us when we told her we didn't like that one she was just rude and said she will give us our money back as if she didn't care about our money she gave us our R2000 and we left without a phone, what kind of a manager is this pep?
