Disappointed, disgusted , Never again will I shop at PEP
I have purchase school shoes , NO ONE informed me about the promotion happening. After I qualify for it FNB card and my + More , spend more then R300. Customer service agent called tell me about I should resolved at store. They can't assist . Imagine , will not ever shop at pep. There is other convents stores.. with great customer service

30 Dec 2024, 18:22Normally I don't bother taking a receipt , now they need it. After I said I had to check on my statement to make sure if I spend more then R300. PEP WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. I will will tell my friend and family about this . Customer service cannot assist , don't have achieved how to respond if a customer have a query . NiCE , please train your staff , they are unhelpful..
