Disappointed customer

I was @ Pep Cell in Ingcucu road durban Central i came to shop for assistance to redeem a money voucher..Kwanele who assisted me told me there is no network so he cannot assist me i was shocked as the cashier next to him was busy assisting customers with no hassle...i even asked if i could purchase airtime and Kwanele said yes...i guess the network issue only happens when u want to redeem a voucher but when u buy airtime these no issues which is shocking to me as i have been to pep when these a network issue nothing works and we wait until network is back for us to be assisted ....i was very disappointed by Kwanele i would hv understood if he said these no cash so please PEP DO BETER
