Disappointed customer

I went to purchase essential dish washing liquid combo which both 2 for R40 valid April 2024 according to supermarket catalogue, when I got to the clothing store I got to the till with my items and even swiped my plus more card but promo didn't scan through. A manager by the name of Thuli was called through and she just said she doesn't deal with Facebook promotion and I should take it up with pep head office cause she doesn't know the promotion. Am so disappointed with the manager I wanted that promotion. So is that how pep do to us when promotion doesn't scan through??? 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
