Disappointed customer

I had the worst experience as a shopper and a mother at pep store mokopane store number 0813..I had a little boy who is 4 years old while shopping my little boy became pressed and needed to use the loo..I kindly went to the cashier's to ask for a bathroom for him and to my surprise they looked at each other.. kept on doing what they were doing and I only got an answer 5 minutes later so I had to rush out and run to the bathroom which happens to be far away from the store. I was so disappointed I even left my shopping to go home. I asked myself why they just couldn't make an exception for my boy. Worst experience of my life and the male cashier was rude.
