Disappointed by your head office

I just phoned your call center asking about you fathers day cups because I wanted to ask if you can check which stores have then since your stores are unable to see what stock other regions have but the person who picked up the call was rude she didn't give me a chance to explain just told me the people that are working there have knocked off,I mean how do I know the people that work there as a customer,and the way she said call back tomorrow was more rude,she didn't listen and just told me to call tomorrow. I felt disrespected since I was enquiring and was treated as if I am one of he staff members I must say whoever I spoke to doesn't even deserve to work there,the way they even picked up a call was just rude
