Disappointed

Good Day. I bought a R200 1Foryou voucher and a R50 Telkom VOUCHER on the 16/05/2023 at PEP store Steeldale Mall. Unfortunately I lost both the vouchers before redeeming them.

Today 18/05/2023 I went to the store to request the vouchers to be reprinted. Nomhle tried to assist as I remembered the time of the sale and the till point I bought from. She failed to reprint the vouchers saying the system doesn't show the vouchers but only the transaction.

How possible is that a big retail store like PEP can't have the vouchers reprinted, but the ****a shops and other vendors can reprint? I'm so disappointed .
