Disappearing profits and overnight balance

Hi to whom this may concern Flash mobile vending is affiliated to PEP and we have sent out a review on 25th August 2021 in hoping to get a response. Please if there is anyone that can assist please call *** or *** Pets Unlimited ****er or Sumaiya Our profits have been taken without our knowledge and we have exhausted all our options even trying the call center. The last person we spoke to atthe call center was William (***) at 9am yesterday 2nd September 2021. Then on the 1st September we checked our profit after doing 16 transactions on our moova go machine we only had a profit Of R1.93 how is it possible if a minimum profit for a transaction is R0.33. It might seem like a little bit of money, but if u are pushing R5000 worth of transactions it does add up to quite alot.
