Dirty and waiting time

Went to pep in Cosmo city shopping center today around 13h55 apart from the foam bath being dirty they was only one person on the till to help us .The manager came in to the store looked and walked away .the one cashier on the till was having a conversation with the customer or friend and us have to wait.
