Different price for Same product (Don't care attitudes)

I'm a pensioner, and received shoes as a gift from my son for my birthday bought at PEP at Northgate .the sise was wrong, I went to PEP at Ferdale on Republc Randburg, close to where i live.the price was more expensive for the same shoe and the staff were very unfriendly they would not exchange it unless I paid the difference.eventually asked for a refund.i sent a Email to customer relations about it.a few days later I got a very unhelpful call that did not help me get my gift.subsequently I found the same shoes at PEP Randburg Mall for the same price as PEP NORTHGATE, I refused to buy them due to they're dont care policy.
