Desiree at Pep Vangate mall

Very disgruntled by the customer service I received at the Pep store in Vangate mall. Desiree the manager needs to improve her customer skills. I bought a phone, returned to the store to complain that the phone was freezing and not charging 2-3 later, the manager (Desiree) along with her colleagues told me to return after an hour only to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. This is a regretful purchase. Bad service! ****************. I have the receipts to prove everything. 2 days post purchase and the phone is faulty
