Denied refund

Thami at PEP Mdantsane City refused to apply refund policy on router that I bought last week Thursday (29-10-2025)She insisted that they don't refund they only take faulty goods and send it for repairs

It's day 6 of day 7 of the return policy I signed for on the slip, All the reason on return policy apply and are present but she insisted not to take the router back

Router was paid cash and I explained reason for return it's poor connection at home, as I bought it for the child, doesn't connect during the day only at night that it connects Reason for returning the goods it's poor connection which I explained but Thami insisted that she can't take it seems my reason is invalid
